Description
This dish uniquely uses finely sliced and softened lamb tripe with fresh fenugreek (maithi in urdu) in a shallot-based curry with a unique aroma and distinct taste. Typically used as one of the earlier serving in a multi-course meal, its best enjoyed with white rice. The dish is not very hot (spicy), but does contain a touch of a variety of whole spice, to add taste and aroma.
