Tujje’ is the barbeque of Kashmir, pieces of boneless lamb meat, marinated in special spices and barbequed over a slow heat source and served with two (2) types of condiments (chutneys) with a special soft bread called lavaas. This tongue pleasing dish is unique in its taste and can be enjoyed as finger food or a whole meal. just heat and serve with the accompanying instructions.
